Our Services
Capital Cleanout Co. provides junk removal, hauling, and property cleanout services, including furniture and appliance removal, estate and hoarding cleanouts, foreclosure and eviction cleanouts, construction debris removal, and commercial junk removal, in Raleigh and the surrounding North Carolina Triangle. We serve both residential and commercial customers.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge. Pricing is generally based on the volume of items removed, meaning how much space they take up in our truck. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described. We will communicate the price before beginning work.
Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the items or property to be cleared at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the location or complete the job due to circumstances outside our control, we may need to reschedule.
Items We Do Not Accept
For safety and legal reasons, we do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, solvents, flammable materials, asbestos, or medical waste. If you are unsure whether an item can be removed, please ask before your appointment.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that items marked for removal are the items you intend to have hauled away
- Remove or secure any personal or valuable items you wish to keep before we begin
- Provide accurate information about the job so we can give you a fair estimate
We are not responsible for items removed at your direction. Please confirm what stays and what goes before we begin hauling.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will let you know accepted payment methods at the time of scheduling.
Limitation of Liability
We take care when working in and around your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Cleanout Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
SMS Communications
